| Tiivistelmä: | The injury side of the anti-dumping instrument is clearly less developed and less regulated by the GATT Anti-Dumping Code than the dumping side. The new text which resulted from the Uruguay Round does not basically alter this disequilibrium. The Code provides precise guidance as to the elements to be taken into consideration in order to establish whether injury to the domestic industry occurred. Other aspects of injury determination are discussed. |
