| Tiivistelmä: | The aim of changing present factory system into corporative one is to transform the operational mechanism. We must make enterprise as a legal person entity who can operate independently, be responsible for its own profits and losses and bear civil responsibility independently, then realize effective operation for assets. At present, setting up modern enterprise system should think through the ownership problem of the value added fixed-assets formed by firms' own capital. Maybe we can consider with defining a part of such assets as the value added of enterprise legal person's property, classifying a part of it as "two funds", i. e. accumulation fund and public welfare fund, quantitative a part of it to individual staff as a present share-right only gain extra dividend and not transfer its possession. |
