| Tiivistelmä: | China's Anti-Monopoly law should include the provisions on the market structure for prohibiting administrative monopoly and the behaviour of abusing market superiorities, and protecting the effective competition. The organ in charge must have high-degree authoritativeness and independency. In fact, there is no contradiction between prohibiting monopoly behaviour and pursuing the economy of scale. In China, the formulating promulgating and implementing of Anti-Monopoly Law is not conflicting with the objective of optimizing the scale of enterprises. |
