School librarians are an interesting mix of professions. They have all the skills and duties of a regular librarian and yet are often entrusted to fulfill the same role as a teacher. School librarians teach students far more than how to use card catalog. They help students do research, find appropriate books to read, and further students' education in a wide variety of subjects. |
