Tiivistelmä: | This article brings together two areas, the World Wide Web and branding, which would not at first sight seem related. However, these two elements have become the medium and the message for many companies. Companies have found that the World Wide Web can deliver that message and build a dialogue with customers at relatively low levels of expense. To make the most effective use of this, companies need to develop effective and sustainable relationships. Strategic approaches to branding are necessary in order to deliver this competitive advantage. |
