| Tiivistelmä: | Wise human resources managers find that creating the right mix of permanent and temporary employees is the perfect solution to the motto "do more with less" of many companies. The growing availability of skilled professionals who work on a temporary basis has given companies a broader range of options to consider in solving staff problems. For some employers, 20 percent of the compensation budget is allocated to temporary workers in many skills area of the organization. Other employers are just beginning to realize the value of alternative staffing strategies. Managers must ascertain that the temporary work force budget be included in the overall plan. |
