| Tiivistelmä: | This study examines the relationship between work, bureaucracy and the market and concludes that employees often question the existence of business ethics because there is no good or bad between which to choose. The choice is between failure and success. The challenge is to convince organizations that a direct benefit accrues them through their own ethical behavior. |
