Tiivistelmä:In this paper 40 managers described a moral problem and nonmoral problem they had encountered, each of which had been resolved. Analyses indicated that the 2 types of problems could be significantly differentiated using Jones' components of moral intensity; the label managers used to describe problems varied systematically between the 2 problem types and accroding to the problem's moral intensity; problem management processes varied according to the problem's type and moral intensity.
