Tiivistelmä:Employees and the public increasingly expect organizations to act in good faith. Get it wrong, and employee motivation and commitment will drop, as will the organization’s reputation with the public. The risks of being perceived as unethical are even greater during a knowledge transfer, a merger for example, or when organizations recruit from overseas. The article sets out three principles to ensure a fair process for knowledge transfer.
