Tiivistelmä:Business ethics is taught, to one extent or another, in one guise or another, in most business schools. But many complain that the schools are not teaching enough of it, or not teaching it well, given the many recent instances of mischief in high places in corporate America. Author states that such a position is naive; personal ethics are "made" well before people reach the point of attending a business school. There are ways, however, to think realistically about the causes of corporate malfeasance and to guard against them. The study provides also the origins of unethical conduct and the need of structural change in American corporations.
