Tiivistelmä: | Corporate social responsibility (CSR) communication offers valuable information for external stakeholders. However, this article claims that the most dedicated and passionate readers of CSR communication are organizational members. CSR communication efforts may provide one of today's most promising and yet unexplored areas analysing internal loyalty and identification in organizations. The paper introduces a model of CSR as strategic auto-communication, exploring the members' identification as well as external stakeholders' involvement in the communication process. Finally, some ethical questions are addressed. |
