Tiivistelmä:The article claims that context and causalities should be taken into consideration when examining managerial decisions. Studying decision making in a discursive context is an interesting way to examine the moral side of the decisions, and it can help business ethics in many different ways. The paper shows what a discourse description within business ethics could look like and pays special attention to genealogical studies, stories and metaphors.
