Tiivistelmä:It is commonly believed that ethics education is an essential part in business education. However, few studies have found support for the effectiveness of altering an individual's ethical standards through training. This study explores the effect of an underlying social cognitive error, called pluralistic ignorance. The results show that reducing pluralistic ignorance through education results in higher personal ethical standards.
