| Tiivistelmä: | This paper concentrates on the conditions of organizational justice based on Levinasian ethics. The conception of organizational justice that does not violate the particularity of each and every other person is presented. The study discusses the issues of ethics and organisational sociality and non-violent organisational justice. In any practical ordering of justice, a degree of violence can not be avoid. Finally, it suggests ethical organisation principles. |
