| Tiivistelmä: | The paper presents and investigates methods to formulate and solve a profit-based dynamic part type selection problem for general Flexible Manufacturing Systems. A mathematical programming model is developed, the solution of which is based on the column generation technique. Numerical experiments show that this model is computationally tractable to solve typical problems. |
