| Tiivistelmä: | The basic thought of triggering housing consumption is as follows: focusing on the selling of public-owned houses, strengthening the degree of rent reform, fully implement the system of public reserve funds for housing, realizing the pluralization of housing investment, the commercialization of housing operation and the socialization of housing management.
