| Tiivistelmä: | This paper expresses its views on how to promote the reform of housing system and activating the housing market. It thinks that we may set the standard of rent, proceeding from the consideration of the rational degree of urban resident's housing consumption in the consumption structure in the present stage or determine the margin by which wage is raised in wage reform-related "raising wage with rent increased", taking the rational degree of housing consumption as the starting point. In the present stage, the rational degree should be 6% to 10%. Within such a limit, we can both settle the problem of low rent once and for all and make rent acceptable and thus the reform of housing system can be unfolded in a wider range and at a higher level. |
