| Tiivistelmä: | Rules of origin, once usually reserved to technicians and customs officials, have made headlines in the press and in doctrine during the last few years. Two economic phenomena have mainly rendered the subject trendy: the celebrated economic interdependence and the flourishing of regional trade areas. It is obvious that when one country starts to differentiate its trade policy towards its partners, rules of origin become the instrument of excellence. |
