| Tiivistelmä: | Today, the institutionalization of security market has become a main trend in the international security investment sector. In China, the security market is one where plenty of individual investors are directly involved in market activities. It's just such a structure that brings about the market features of low circulation and high speculation. The weak points are obvious. To foster and bring up our institutional investment team, great effort should be made to develop various investment funds, speed up the establishment of funds for retirement, pension and insurance introduce foreign fund into the security market, reform the system and restructure the investment institution, follow the path for scale benefit type of development, and strengthen the legal construction. |
