| Tiivistelmä: | In this paper it is explored whether organizations making more transparent corporate disclosures (hereafter as: c-disc./c-discs.) experience more stable patterns of institutional (as: inst.) ownership. Building on previous research, a revised methodology is developed for providing a more direct linkage btw. disc. and the strategic planning goals. It is suggested that increased c-disc. of industry-specific, non-financial and non-routinized information does increase the stability of the holdings by major inst. investors. |
