Tiivistelmä:The author of the article states that the one constant today is change-yet most companies don't handle it well, forgetting the importance of their human capital, and suffer as a result. The author also states that a good starting point for any company embarking on a major change programme is to understand that most people don't like change, even the most positive change is disruptive and it always takes longer than you anticipate. Against this backdrop the organisation needs to sustain morale, loyalty and productivity. Managers struggle with what they feel they can and can't disclose, and tend to get defensive.
