| Tiivistelmä: | Refugees are a standard problem of developed countries but attention was mainly concentrated on political refugees. With increasing environmental problems (deforestation, floods, volcano outburst etc.) and the rapid growth of population in poor Third World countries one should reckon with the problem of environmental refugees too. |
