| Tiivistelmä: | This paper explores how changes in welfare (herein as: wf.) policy (as: wfp.) affect wf. recipients' residential choices. Despite many empirical studies have underlined that wfp. may affect residential choices of wf. recipients, few studies have simultaneously considered that residential choices of wf. recipients are also likely to affect wfp. This paper uses a policy reform to address this policy endogeneity. It is shown that wfp. has a substantial effect on residential choices of wf. recipients. |
