| Tiivistelmä: | The special characteristics of medium-sized companies often influence the efficiency and effectivity of their quality circles. In lights of this, the special features of medium-sized companies are compared to the basic principles of quality circles, and the obstacles of successful application of this instrument of innovation due to these features of medium-sized companies are outlined. The solutions generated from this comparison help to solve the problems related to the size of these firms and to benefit from this instrument as an aid to self-help. |
