| Tiivistelmä: | After the realization of industrialization, traditional planned economic system will hinder the economic development. The goal of reform is to change planned economic system into socialist market economy system and set up a structure of ownership which includes not only the public ownership which takes the dominant position but also private ownership and other economic sectors. Enterprises will become independent producers and operators of commodity which will manage independently and assume exclusive responsibility for profits and losses. |
