Besides, the management of national assets is not strict and the operation of the Joint Venture enterprises is not standard. It is imperative to perfect management system and to standardize investment channels. The management of proprietary must be strengthened. The evaluation of assets must be done carefully so as to find the whole situation of the assets by appraisal of the fixed assets and the circulation funds Great effort should be made to get the marketing right and the better economic results must be achieved. |
