| Tiivistelmä: | The construction of China's futures market started in 1980 and many problems have appeared because of the too fast development, such as rushing headlong into mass action, lacking of specialized operational personnel and being stagnant in making legal systems and regulations. The state government has begun to rectify and standardize futures markets. It has been stipulated that futures market must be established regularly under the unified leadership of the state council, and no futures market is allowed to be built, unless the constructed submit his specific plans to the state council for permission. |
