| Tiivistelmä: | To reform bank system, we must reform property right system first. Imbalance in property right structure should be eliminated. On the basis of dispersed operation right, we should allocate ownership in the same way. Binding and activating mechanism of property right should be set up. We should disperse ownership to managers and make them contact with the operator closer and by this means to form an effective supervision to the managers. |
