| Tiivistelmä: | The most basic feature and demand of modern enterprise system is a clarified property right relation. Corporate property ownership will bring state-owned enterprises property right that collective enterprises, foreign funded enterprises and share-holding enterprises have. Also the state-owned enterprises will have the same property responsibility as that of other kinds of enterprises. State-owned enterprises will have a an equal competitive position in responsibility right and interest like non-state-owned enterprises. |
