| Tiivistelmä: | Reform of the property right system is an effective means of invigorating assets stock, optimizing the assets structure, and enliven State-owned economy. By aiming at the increment of State assets, it is an active effort to save State assets that are draining in large quantity. Traditional conceptions of ownership must be broken down, which is a natural choice for the establishment of an enterprise system characterized by responsibilities. Focused on the mechanism transformation, this reform is to deepen the internal reform of enterprises. |
