| Tiivistelmä: | It is characteristic of some works of art that they repay frequent revisiting. A return to a favourite painting, poem, play or piece of music often reveals new insights that had not been seen or heard before. So it is with books. And while neither William J. nor William G. would claim the status of an artwork for their seminal volume, there is no doubt that referring to it from time to time often throws unexpected new light on old problems. One area which has only recently begun to receive the attention it deserves is the economic behaviour of the individual performing artist. |
