| Tiivistelmä: | Whether China can succeed in adjusting macro economic policies properly and effectively, bringing too speedy economic growth under control so as to curb the over-demand for investment is the key to keeping the scale of foreign debts at bay. More efforts are needed to implement regulations on the top limit; restructure debts and introduction of foreign capital for rationalization; restructure the total volume of trade; control financial deficiency; reinforce administration of foreign debts and funds; be active in guiding direct foreign investment into domestic agriculture, base industries, energy transportation and high and new technological industries. |
