| Tiivistelmä: | Market economy is calling for standardized financial lease. It should be embodied in such aspects as people's understanding of it, the development of financial leasing industry and financial lease-related professionals and managerial personnel. To this end, we should foster and strengthen people's awareness of financial lease and establish China's legal system related to financial lease. Besides, we should formulate preferential economic policies and laws and regulations to promote the development of China's financial leasing industry. We should also establish and perfect the self-discipline organization of financial leasing industry in order to strengthen contact between leasing organs and every party of society. |
