| Tiivistelmä: | Protecting the national industry should suit the need of perfecting and developing socialist market economy and also conform to the current international principles. Its contents include protecting the state's economic independence, producers' right of fair competition and consumers' rights. At present, we should pay attention to and settle the following problems in utilizing foreign investment: the structure of foreign investment and the shift of China's economic growth mode; the amount of foreign investment and economic growth rate; market monopoly and market giving-up, and foreign business people's profits and China's taxes and profits. |
