| Tiivistelmä: | The development strategy of petroleum economic zones refers to an overall, long-term and fundamental plan mode on the basis of correctly understanding of the nature of petroleum economic zones and making a comprehensive and comparative analysis of their superiority and inferiority. According to the features of petroleum economic zones, their development state should be measured by three kinds of indicators, that is, physical indicator reflecting the production scale of petroleum and gas, value indicator reflecting economic returns and composite indicator reflecting the comprehensive strength and development of community. |
