| Tiivistelmä: | The low efficiency of the allocation of financial resources is the fundamental reason for China's unemployment problem. It makes the contradiction between China's rich labour forces and the relative shortage of capital even more protruding. It excludes labour forces on a large scale in the adjustment of industrial structure and the transformation of economic operation mechanism in China. The rapid economic growth hasn't brought about corresponding increase in employment. Resources flow among regions and industries in an unusual way. Therefore, promoting the reforms of state-owned banks and state-owned enterprises is the basic way to realize the optimal allocation of financial resources and increase in employment. |
