| Tiivistelmä: | The total sum of man-power-resources are about 84 thousand million, and employee are about 69.6 thousand, the first in the world, in 1999. The quality of man-power-resources is poor. Comparison advantages of resources are large man-power-resources and cheaper labor price in the initial development phase. We should choose the strategies of saving resources and exploring labor power resources in the economic development with resources' allocation as main, according to comparison advantages and resources' features. |
