| Tiivistelmä: | The aim of this paper is to chart and evaluate the course adopted or likely to be adopted by New Zealand courts when confronted with franchise agreements of no fixed duration. In so far that New Zealand law strives to remain consistent , where possible, with mainstream developments in the united Kingdom, Canada and Australia, discussion will illuminate to some extent the manner in which relevant law has developed in these countries. |
