| Tiivistelmä: | The E-commerce is a kind of advanced transaction, with a great developing potentiality. As for China's economy and enterprises, E-commerce means a merge of opportunities and challenges or more challenges. So the governments and enterprises are necessary to answer to it properly, take the steps of strengthening the study and formulation of the E-commerce policy, participating in the international dialognes on the E-commerce and taking the lead in using E-commerce. The enterprises should daringly explore the new pattens of e-commerce and based on sucessful experience of home and abroad, they can employ 4E tactics. In addition, there is still some work to do such as promoting the depth and range of Internet, improving commodity standardized degree and so on. |
