| Tiivistelmä: | The problem of how to train managers and specialist to use network-based thinking is examined. The program of a two-day's workshop is described. The teaching methods are planned to be problem-oriented. The problem solving process is organized on the basis of group work. The application of up-to-date teaching technology is taken into account. Games are used to establish firm links between theory and practice. It is shown that the real basis of the network-based thinking should be systems thinking. The course program is outlined in eight steps. |
