| Tiivistelmä: | The new renter class is a new group who support living with bank interests or other kinds of interests. This class is useful to some extent to integrating social idle funds improving the transformation of operation mechanism of banks and enterprises and strengthening international management. But it can also disturb the normal economic development. It is necessary to advocate and encourage developing private banks. The monetary system reform should be improved. A new monetary system should be established so as to make the behavior of monetary organization regular, institutionalized and legal. |
