| Tiivistelmä: | As far as listing companies in China concerned, at the present stage, there is no obvious relation between their accomplishment and the separation or combination of the two duties. Only company scale and condition of the two duties reflect positive relevance. That is to say, the larger company scale, the stronger tendency of adopting the combination of the two duties. There might be two reasons which lead to such unconformity. On one hand, China is in an economic transitional period, therefore, various system, market environment and construction of enterprises are all in a process of gradual perfection. On the other hand, due to the limitation of research scope and methods, the existing research conclusions are not appropriate for China's specific conditions at the present stage. |
