| Tiivistelmä: | For modern enterprises, neither the owner of human capital nor the owner of nonhuman capital should possess the ownership alone but shared by both of them. The arrangement of enterprise ownership is of vital importance for the efficiency of enterprises. Once the residual claim and control powers do not match each other, it will twist the incentive mechanism. The state dependence of enterprise ownership shows the conflicting and cooperative relationship between the main bodies of the enterprise nationalization structure. Consistent accumulation of human capital, the increase of exclusive use degree and group properties are all decisive factors of optimum arrangement of enterprise ownership. |
