| Tiivistelmä: | At present it is time for China to make up its mind to establish the second-tier market to get rid of the fear of investors for the investment of initial capital and give full play to its effect in accelerating the development of high-tech enterprises. Meanwhile, we should take advantage of the long-investment-term characteristic of the initial capital and try to some preparatory work, such as survey of the potential market resources and investors, setting the listing standard, the draft of dealing rules and market laws and regulations, the establishment of supervision and administration system and setups, the cultivation of intermediary organs, etc. to promote the further development of China's stock market and establish China's second-tier market. |
