| Tiivistelmä: | Facing the changes of China's economic circumstances, two levels of readjustment should be implemented to promote exports growth: in the short term, counter-cyclical exports incentive measures should be taken and every possible means should be employed to expand exports; in the medium and long term, exports structural readjustment should be strengthened with the growth model changing to the sustained growth model. The measures for exports expansion in the future: expanding exports to European and American markets, furthering exports incentive measures, strengthening policy coordination in business and trade, establishing an exports growth mechanism on the basis of competitiveness and setting up an exports system which is adapted to the fluctuation in exchange. |
