| Tiivistelmä: | The low per capita GDP in China indicates that there is no overproduction. If the products have a ready market and residents have certain purchasing power, the current amount of commodities can be consumed completely with no surplus at all. The low income of most residents is the basic reason why domestic demand cannot be easily expanded and the policies of stimulating consumption remains ineffective. We must thoroughly solve the problem. We must make it clear how to establish economic system of socialist market and understand what the due principles of socialist system are. |
