| Tiivistelmä: | Investment is the "engine" of economic growth but the effect is not without any condition and limitation. In order to give full play to the motive force of investment we must keep steady increase of investment, devote major efforts to individual and private economies and keep rapid and steady development of energy and transportation. We should attach importance to the primary industry, accelerate the second and give exclusive priority to the tertiary. We must make efforts to accelerate industrial structural upgrading, change the consumption pattern and expand consumer demand. |
