| Tiivistelmä: | Nowadays companies have learned to use more than ever the sophisticated tools of project management. Nevertheless they fulfil not always the efficiency criteria set by top management. Sometimes the advanced formalization and standardization has reduced the innovativeness of project teams. Therefore the author demands more attention for the human side of project management. Part of this humanistic approach is the analysis of the project culture. The author shows several approaches how to influence the project culture in order to increase the final success of project management. |
