| Tiivistelmä: | Complexity and dynamics of the environment of corporations as well as the changing of societal values are considered as characteristics of our age. However, the recent developments are not taken into account in the strategic plans. This makes more important that corporations have visions as means of survival about the future. The call for "management and vision" is the logical consequence; managers must have visions and communicate them to the employees. This emphasizes the importance of the role of the personnel management. |
