| Tiivistelmä: | Like everywhere in Europe from Spain to Sweden, state ownded enterprises are for sale in Germany too. Deutsche Bundespost Telekom, Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Deutsche Verkehrs-Bank AG, Rhein-Main-Donau AG are only a few examples of the enterprises, which the federal goverment wants to privatize. Deutsche Bundespost Telekom is by far the most valuable of them: investment bankers estimate its value 60 to 80 Mrd DEM. The problems, chances and the details of this business , which is thought by many people the greatest financial deal in Europe, are examined. A list of enterprises for sale in other countries within the European Community is also presented. |
